[gpm] gpm 1.20.3: last call

Hello guys!

Although I am focussing heavily on the 1.99.x series currently,
gpm 1.20.3 is next to ready to be released (needs only minor
cleanup).

So if you have an open bug in 1.20.3preX, please report (and best: send
a patch) it until the end of the week.
