[gpm] incompatible pointer-type under X86_64 linux with GCC-4.3.0

It is fixed in git (though untested):

Dennis, can you test it the following way:

git-clone http://unix.schottelius.org/git/gpm
cd gpm
git checkout -b gpm-2-dev origin/gpm-2-dev
./build-from-git.sh

and report whether it works?
