[gpm] gpm-1.20.3pre3: Distributor's (pre-)release

Hello guys!

The sun is shining very nice in Switzerland currently and I thought
to create something that other people can easily use for testing and
inclusion into distributions. So there is 1.20.3pre3 usable for the
end user out there:
