 After the reset of all OS timer channels, and 
 loading the watchdog, profile and timer drivers
 it can be said that OS timers have nothing to
 do with this problem. It can be a good idea to
 zero the whole memory before loading the
 kernel and ramdisk to avoid possible dirty
 action of wince remains. Right now it is possible to
 do 'reboot' in linux and return to wince
  (without the framebuffer :). To my big surprise,
  after that wince had the ability to play its weird sound!
