 I must correct myself, the SA1101 manual says that it is
 possible to chose between Bank 0 and Bank1 for the
 VGA framebuffer. The test (plot) code has shown that
 the memory is really in Bank 1. Now the memory map
 is finally tested and looks as follows:

  ROM Bank 0 -> wince ROM (16MB)
  ROM Bank 3 -> SA1101
  RAM Bank 0 -> main DRAM (16MB)
  RAM Bank 1 -> VGA DRAM (2MB)
  RAM Bank 2 -> ext    DRAM (16MB)
