Power requirements.

 I have measured the current consumed by j820 with
 full charged battery, PCMCIA network card, CF card,
 USB mouse, VGA output active and full brightness
 for LCD: 350mA. If you reduce the brightness to "economic"
 then it falls to 260-270 mA. CPU frequency is 191MHz.
 I don't yet know how much current will be used for charging,
 but the 3.5A is an obvious overkill. So if the battery is
 full, then j820 runs ok here with the 12V x 500mA power supply.
