blinking cursor?

Apparently, the solution to get a blinking cursor instead of an invisible one
is register an IRQ handler for frame redraw IRQ, somewhere in
	drivers/video/console/fbcon.c

Oleg: would you know what IRQ line that is, and how to enable it?

Otherwise, I suppose if someone could figure out what was going on,
we could have the blinking start in ON position rather than in OFF position.

Any willing hacker?
