memory upgrade.

Running X with xterm and 'xsnow' with 14MB RAM
is already putting two megabytes to swap. What
can be expected from a memory upgrade ? Are there
bigger EDO chips than 4x16 ? I have found here
some old SIMMs with 8118165A, but can't find
the datasheets. What size is that ?
Personally, i will be targeting for 64MB, even if it
includes some small soldering. At least we know
that the lower boundary is at 32MB.
And, as the last step, to replace the wince rom
with flash.
