LHMD09YJ - some custom chips from Hitachi ?
I will look for the original pictures of the ROM and RAM on my HDD.

Good luck. Maybe with a logic analyzer. It's a multilayer board ;)
Even if i will take out the CPU (real PITA), the bus must be buffered.
