This can fail in some cases.
Why not keeping the cgroup mounted where it is
and mount it only if it is needed so that we can avoid this risk?
And couldn't we keep blkio mounted at the end of the test if it
was mounted before?

You should also add your testcases in the runtestfile for controllers.
