[LTP] [PATCH 07/31] replace SIGCLD with SIGCHLD

its defined to use SIGCHLD anyway in

bits/signum.h:#define     SIGCLD          SIGCHLD /* Same as SIGCHLD
(System V).  */

plus it helps these tests compile with musl which adheres to posix
