I agree. How about changing it to 720?

I repeated this commit to my 7th version of "Simplify network setup + fix some network
stress tests" patchset [1]. If this is the only change in this patchset, could you please
change the value of NS_DURATION yourself? (There probably will be some changes, so I'll
fix it myself. But just in case to prevent me send v8 if there is no change).
