[LTP] [PATCH v1 1/2] syscalls/lstat{01,03} rewrote testcase

Merged lstat01 and lstat03:
Expanded lstat01 testcase to also include everything
lstat03 was testing for.
Rewrote testcase:
Cleaned up and ported to new library.
