[LTP] Purpose of clock_nanosleep2 tests ?

Moreover the time namespaces does not support CLOCK_REALTIME so we
should implement clock_nanosleep() test with CLOCK_REALTIME and
TIMER_ABSTIME which is not covered at the moment anyways.
