Agreed. $TST_NET_DEBUG is better for user to print debug info because we
don't need to change code(i.e. pass -d to tst_rhost_run()).
Debug info is only related to tst_rhost_run() so is $TST_RHOST_RUN_DEBUG
meaningful?

I think tst_res TINFO is enough. :-)
