[LTP] [PATCH v2 0/2] Fix mkfs.xfs 300MB min size requirement (v5.19.0)

Changes v1->v2:
* bump min size to 300 MB instead using workaround (export TEST_DIR=1
  TEST_DEV=1 QA_CHECK_FS=1)
* increase test for .dev_min_size (so that we don't test for the default
  value)
