[LTP] [PATCH 1/1] tst_tmpdir: Add 'LTP_' prefix

Follow the approach of the shell API:

    TST_TMPDIR=$(mktemp -d "$TMPDIR/LTP_$TST_ID.XXXXXXXXXX")

Prefix helps to see directories mounted by LTP.
