[LTP] Replacing runltp-ng with kirk

This is a bit tricky, because kirk is not 100% a LTP project, even if 
LTP is the main framework we run by default.

I guess it makes sense to live it under linux-test-project, since we 
started from there. Then the rest comes easy.
