[LTP] [PATCH v1] Rewritten symlink01 test

That’s a mess due to multiple patches vs. single patch set. I cherry-picked in b4 branch all previous single patches into one patch set, forgetting to update the symlink01.
I will fix it once I’m back from vacation.
