[LTP] Open LTP meeting 11st of September 09:00 UTC

Hi!

Thanks to everyone for joining the LTP monthly meeting. Small recap will 
follow:

- kirk is going to be used by RedHat that will migrate to the JSON 
format report. There are a couple of bugs which need to be fixed
- LTX has a couple of bugs which need to be fixed in order to properly 
work with VMs
- shell library is going to be merged in the next release. After that, 
shell tests will start to be slowly ported into it
- kernel testing coverage will require a manual approach
- tests timeouts are sometimes to small and they cause random failures. 
RPi Zero can be considered a minimal hardware when we decide a test timeout
