[LTP] [RFC PATCH 2/3] ima: additional open-writer violation tests

[Mimi Zohar]

Kernel patch "ima: limit the number of open-writers integrity
violations" prevents superfluous "open-writers" violations.  Add
corresponding LTP tests.
