[LTP] LTP Release preparations

Hi Cyril,

I would like to push the following testsuites at least:

- https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/ltp/list/?series=432378&state=*
- https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/ltp/list/?series=438982

First one requires a new version and the second one is done.
