[LTP] [PATCH 5/6] syscalls/kill09: Convert to new API

Hi Ricardo,

In this patch, you convert kill09.c to the new API, which is good,
but in patch 6/6 you remove kill09.c entirally.

I don't understand why we still need this conversion if we finally
need to remove it :).
