Test KEYCTL_RESTRICT_KEYRING builtin_trusted restriction: verify that
restricting a keyring with asymmetric builtin_trusted allows only
trusted asymmetric keys, rejecting user keys with EOPNOTSUPP and
untrusted certs with ENOKEY.
