[LUG] Un po' di coerenza non farebbe male...

Mi dispiace dover segnalare anche quest'anno le solite manfrine di
Sputnix. Vi giuro che mi dispiace davvero stare in una città in cui c'è
un Linux Day che viene organizzato con così poca coerenza. Se penso che
solo pochi giorni fa scrivevo a ViV (http://fortuneviv.altervista.org)
che mi rallegravo che finalmente al loro Linux Day non avrebbero fatto
pubblicità a sw proprietario.

Nella pagina leggo "Utiliziamo il Software RealVNC sotto licenza GPL" ma
se si va sul sito linkato

e si cerca la licenza di RealVNC _enterprise_ edition viewer

è chiaro che non si tratta per nulla di SW libero:

nella sezione

B. VNC VIEWER ENTERPRISE EDITION END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

si legge


The Software is to be used in conjunction with at least one licensed
copy of VNC Server Enterprise Edition or of any other RealVNC Server
product explicitly stated to qualify for use with the Software ("the
Server").
1. Intellectual Property Rights
   The Software, its structure and algorithms, and the Information are
   protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and
   all intellectual property rights in them belong to RealVNC Limited
   ("RealVNC"), or are licensed to it. You may not reproduce,

Ora, io spero che chi di dovere, a cui questa mail è mandata in CC,
confermi che si tratti di una dimenticanza e non delle "solite vecchie
storie" e che corregga l'errore.

O con queste incoerenze ci facciamo ridere dietro anche dai polli.
