quando si scrive una mail di risposta, il subject va preceduto da *un 
solo* "Re:", non da due come nel tuo caso, e l'header del messaggio 
deve contenere il campo "References" (specificato nella sezione 2.2.5 
della stessa RFC), in mancanza del quale la mail non risulta una 
risposta nello stesso thread, bensì una nuova mail che apre un nuovo 
thread.
Ovviamente, se si usa un programma di posta (o una webmail che, 
tautologicamente parlando, implementi almeno gli standard minimi 
indispensabili della posta elettronica), tutto ciò viene fatto 
automaticamente dal programma usato.
