no, che non e' strano....
il server era gia' in esecuzione e lui ti ha detto che non poteva  
avviarlo

poi hai chiesto in che stato era e lui ti ha detto : runninig (in  
esecuzione)

rileggi la mail precedente.
stoppa il server, modifica il file di configurazione e fallo  
ripartire con
le modifiche
