  Spazzino: sostituito BeautifulSoup con Mechanize

Mechanize ci offre alcuni vantaggi ma, in particolare,
ci risolve il problema di onorare i tag di refresh/redirezione.
E' vero che non sono standard, ma sono molto usati soprattutto
dai motori Wiki.
Il risultato è che di parecchi Lug l'analisi si limitava alla
pagina di redirect (come nel caso di www.lugman.net).

  Spazzino: modifiche sui moduli

urllib2 non dobbiamo piu' invocarlo esplicitamente.
Viene però tirato in ballo da Mechanize, sicché
lasciamo il set di timeout dei socket che dovrebbe
essere ereditato globalmente da tutte le operazioni
via rete.
