  script: spazzino: risolutore DNS rinforzato...

Abbiamo diversi server DNS che rispondono con un discreto ritardo, o dei
quali i pacchetti UDP arrivano a fatica.
Per risolvere la cosa forziamo la query TCP.
Inoltre, ora, teniamo traccia del tipo di eventuale errore.
