Temo ci sia un attimo di confusione ?!? :)

Mi pare, dal contenuto, che quello che hai inviato sia il file README 
contenuto nel tgz di Raffaella. Tale file non centra nulla con le tue 
attuali impostazioni di Cinelerra. Assieme a quel file, nel tgz, c'è un 
altro file che si chiama Cinelerra_rc. Tale file va copiato, come 
descritto nel tutorial, nella directory ~/.bcast  (con Cinelerra chiuso).

Ovviamente, se poi vai a mettere mano alle impostazioni dall'interno di 
Cinelerra, le impostazioni di Raffaella verranno sovrascritte.

Sperando che questo ti chiarisca un po' le cose, se vai a vedere con un 
editor il contenuto del tuo attuale file ~/.bcast/Cinelerra_rc dovresti 
vedere se trovi le 2 righe che definiscono la risoluzione del render:

OUTPUTW 720
OUTPUTH 576

Se hanno valori differenti, vuol dire che non hai utilizzato il template 
di Raffaella oppure che lo hai modificato.
