Vero, ma fa' giustamente notare che la licenza e' libera se e solo se
non vengono aggiunte resitrizioni (che sono concesse dalla licenza) a
questa.

Probabile (non ho visto il sito in questione) usano quella *con*
quelle restrizioni in cui sei incappato.
