[Pxc] pxc-0.29-beta

I just uploaded pxc-0.29. It looks like there are still some minor
problems, and it only works with version 2.2 of the kernel.

It's available at ftp://ftp.systemy.it/pub/develop as well as
ftp://gnu.systemy.it/pb/pxc.

This evening (european time) I plan to commit the changes to the
public CVS and update the web page.

The nodocs version has source for the docs, and you need TeX to compile them.
The full tarball includes compiled documentation (info, ps, pdf, txt).
