[pxc] Help installing the pxc driver

I need some help, I am trying to install the pxc driver for a pc104
pxc200 board.

After make install, I get the following error:

# ./pxc_load
Loading pxc200 device driver (./pxc.o)..../pxc.o: init_module: Cannot
allocate memory
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters,
including invalid IO or IRQ parameters
 failed

Either I must change some parameters for insmod, or the driver does not
work on pc104 form factory boards, (only on PCI boards). Any
suggestions?
