[pxc] almost 0.82

Today I completed support for parameter sets. I'd bless it as 0.82 but
since I'm leaving for a few days I'm reluctant to do it now --
actually, a blessed release should have stuff like "MODULE_LICENSE"
fixed, and I've no energies to do it now.

Please report any problem to me, as I read email once a day.

I've uploaded a snapshot and a precompiled doc-set for people who
might miss TeX or a recent pnmtools.
