[pxc] pxc driver fixed for MPS environments.

Back on Sep 12 2001, Chaop Silpa-Anan reported a problem with IRQ
number mismatching when enabling MPS on the BIOS.  I hadn't time to
look in depth at the time, and Chanop could work with different BIOS
settings, so I left the problem unsolved.

Now the problem has been diagnosed and fixed on another driver, thanks
to detailed information passed to me by Parag Batavia of the Carnegie
Mellon University Robotics Institute, and I committed the same fix to
pxc.
