[I have seen Marius' replies but they are not directly to the point, so
 I feel I'd better add a few lines]

This is a new application that exports jpeg images via http.

You could just ignore the error, as the driver has been compiled
properly.  If you want to compile grabtofile you should install a
package called jpeglib-dev or something similar (in debian/woody it is
libjpeg62-dev, for example).
