[pxc] Strobe Outputs

Hi all

I am working towards getting the strobe outputs working in the driver.
I just need some sequential hours in a quiet place :^) But first I thought
I'd ask if anyone has already done this. Also, when grabbing from the
pgm device, I get two fields that seem more separated in time than I
would expect. In other words, my target is moving and there is a lot
of displacement between them. Is it possible they are from different
frames? Or is that even meaningful? I mostly need time to read code
and sort this out, but I thought I'd ask in the meantime.

Regards

Franklin D. Roosevelt Wrote about that other famous monopoly in 1938:
"The liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of
private power to a point where it becomes stronger than their democratic State
itself. That in it's essence, is Fascism - ownership of government by an
individual, by a group or by any controlling private power." But the
conviction of Standard Oil stood. Our government is already powerless
against today's monopoly. Only the people can prevail.
