[pxc] Bt879 Frame Grabber

I have a Fusion 878A based Frame grabber which I believe is Bt848/Bt878
compatible.
Would there be any benefit in using the pxc driver instead of the linux
kernel's own bttv driver?
(I notice that much of the code is the same or very similar).
