Confesso che ho sempre pensato (erroneamente) a tutt'altro (modello di 
sviluppo "proprietario" vs. modello di sviluppo "F/OSS").

...il che vuol dire, nel caso del software di cui sopra, che chi lo 
"ottiene" (eventualmente pagandolo), puo' legittimamente ri-pubblicarlo sul 
proprio web [o altrove] ad uso e consumo di altri.
La cosa puo' suonare strana ma... non lo e'.
