[TiLUG] Problema Modem su xubuntu

Ho installato Xubuntu, però ho un problema, non mi installa il modem adsl ALICE GATE.

Quando digito il comando sudo pppoeconf, mi compare una finestra con su scritto: NOT CONNNECTED
