Revisione gst-plugins-bad 0.10.4.1

È da parecchio tempo che non vengono aggiornate le traduzioni di
GStreamer, non per mia negligenza, ma perché gli sviluppatori si
dimenticano di inviare aggiornamenti al server del TP.

Ora, in previsione del rilascio di GNOME 2.18 (e delle nuove release
delle varie distribuzioni che lo usano), ho pensato fosse opportuno
aprire un bug per chiedere tale aggiornamento.

Non prima però di avere pronte le traduzioni (generate da CVS) da
inviare ;-) Furbo, eh?!

Cominciamo dal fondo, i plugin "Bad".
