New: iso_3166_2-3.1 (99%, 6 untranslated)

The TP-robot is happy to announce that a new PO file has been
integrated into the archives.  The file is available at:

    http://translationproject.org/PO-files/it/iso_3166_2-3.1.it.po

In this file 4417 messages are already translated, corresponding to
99% of the original text size in bytes; 6 messages still need some
work.

Milo Casagrande is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Italian language.

Once the translation is complete, send the result to
<robot@translationproject.org>, using the Subject line:
