Revisione di ucf (was: ucf 3.0019: Please update debconf PO translation for the package ucf)

Episodio poco carino: qualcuno ha aggiornato la traduzione, sbagliando
la traduzione delle nuove stringhe, e non ha cambiato il
last-translator. Quando ho ricevuto questo messaggio sono rimasto
infatti abbastanza interdetto :(. Ho avuto modo di parlare con Manoj che
però non ricorda chi gli abbia mandato il .po.
Ne approfitto comunque per aggiornare la traduzione (all'ultima
versione passata) e mandare il po in revisione.
Grazie a chi vorrà darci uno sguardo.
