[GNOME 2.26] Revisione sound-juicer

Questo acceleratore va in conflitto con "_Chiudi".

Fatta una prova e la "T" è libera

In realtà non li "rimuove" in senso stretto, ma li sostituisce con "_" 
(l'acceleratore _v è buono, se si cambia verbo andrebbe ricontrollato)

Io lascerei stream. Sono messaggi di descrizione dei parametri della
libreria e fanno riferimento agli stream "interni" di GStreamer, quelli
della pipeline, non a flussi audio/video in streaming - in fondo
sound-juicer è un estrattore di CD :)
