metterei "Translation of arb debconf messages to Italian" o qualcosa del genere per distinguere dalla traduzione del programma (ammesso che ci sia).

va messo il nome del pacchetto, io la versione di solito la salto, comunque eventualmente anche quella

nei modelli debconf (così come in molte delle altre trad.) si è deciso di usare le virgolette basse «» , sebbene non ci sia una obbligatorietà sotto tortura.
