Hi,
If, like me, and most of us who... aren't as young or as active as we used to be... you either suffer from joint pain or hope to be one of the very few people who avoids joint pain. And you probably have friends and loved ones who feel the same way... or are suffering themselves.
Unfortunately, we've been taught that joint pain is a fundamental part of aging. And that dealing with joint pain is limited to treatments:
drugs with nasty side effects
painful and expensive surgery that may make your joint pain worse
blocking out large chunks of time (and co-pays) for courses of physical therapy
And all of which never seem to really address the cause of the pain.
Well, I've found part of the solution to my joint pain.
This article by retired NBA player and joint pain relief expert, Jonathan Bender.
This secret doesn't take long, but it is kinda boring.
It's practically painless, but it is kinda boring.
It is completely, absolutely safe, but it is kinda boring.
It's free...and you know what I'm going to say, so I won't.
And it may sound like magic, but it's based on a great athlete's intuitive, instinctive understanding of how your body really works.
And every day I use this slightly boring secret, my pain levels have dropped and my comfort increased. I don't just feelbetter, my life is better.

'Yes, Director,'the dean said.
He dropped me home. I went straight to the bar near the dining table.
1 opened a new bottle of Black Label whisky we'd bought for the inspectors.
I poured it out in a glass to the brim. Neat. The maids filed in.
'Where were you, sahib?' they said.
1 had work,' I said. The whisky tasted bitter, but I swallowed it all.
'Dinner?'
I shook my head. The maids left the room. I went to the bookshelf

I poured myself another glass. I drank half of it in one gulp, but when
my body rejected it, I had to spit it out.
I fell on the floor. I used the scrapbook as a pillow and went off to
Treatment depends on a specific underlying cause. The underlying cause will be treated first and foremost. The treatments may include joint replacement surgery for severely damaged joints, immunosuppressants for immune system dysfunction, antibiotics when an infection is the cause, and discontinuing medication when an allergic reaction is the cause. When treating the primary cause, pain management may still play a role in treatment.[13] The extent of its role varies depending on the specific cause of the arthralgia. Pain management may include stretching exercises, over the counter pain medications, prescription pain medication, or other treatments deemed appropriate for the symptoms. Capsaicin, a substance found in chili peppers, may relieve joint pain from arthritis and other conditions. Capsaicin blocks the actions of substance P, which helps transmit pain signals, and capsaicin triggers the release of pain-blocking chemicals in the body known as endorphins. Side effects of
capsaicin cream include burning or stinging in the area where it is applied. Another topical option is an arthritis cream containing the ingredient, methyl salicylate (Bengay).
