Translation fix for e2fsprogs

Hi, translation teams for e2fsprogs.
I just submitted a POT file update for e2fsprogs 1.43.5.
Although I don't normally make patches to the e2fsprogs translations
file --- as requested by the Translation Project:
Please do everything in your power to respect the autonomy of
translation teams. Do not try to push or pull on teams or
translators, nor otherwise interfere with them. If a team does not
work fast or good enough for your taste, this is a matter between
the team and the users of that language. The teams are responsible
for deciding on which files to work first and also for the
linguistic quality of their translations; as a package maintainer
do not try to guide or influence this.
Unfortunately, a recently change which I made to make things clearer
about the default answer for yes/no question is causing a translation
to go fuzzy, which means gettext skips printing it --- and this causes
a very nasty user experience, since we fall back to the English
message, but if the language is using a different characters for
yes/no, the user will type a english character and get the wrong
result. As a result, I've checked in a change to fix this issue (as I
feel it's urgent) and will be spinning a Debian release to fix this
issue. I don't plan to keep tracking this change, so I would
appreciate if you could take a look at the fuzzy translations in your
.po file, and fix it as you see fit. See below for the patch which
I've applied.
Many thanks, and apologies for bugging you about this. My intent
wasn't to try to question the linguistic quality of your work; I just
wanted to fix a rather unfortunate UX issue caused by gettext ignoring
fuzzy translations. (Which I recognize is _usually_ the right thing,
but in this case, the default fails in a pretty terrible way.)

mke2fs: fix UI problem caused by fuzzy translations
When the original message was changed from "(y, n)" to "(y, N)", this
caused the translations to be marked as "fuzzy". For those
translations that use a different characters for yes and no --- for
example, German, which uses j and n for "ja" and "nein" --- not having
the translation can cause user confusion since the user will type 'y',
and it will be interpreted as "No", since mke2fs is expecting that the
user will type some other character, such as 'j' or 'J' for "Ja" in
the German locale.
