ebay e' stata in grado di mettere insieme un potente gruppo.
'Whitman said that with the help of Intel of Santa Clara, she was able
to get major players in the industry to support the program, called
the Rethink Initiative. Apple Computer, Gateway, Hewlett-Packard, IBM
and reseller Ingram Micro are all participating in the effort. The
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Silicon Valley Toxics
Coalition, United Parcel Service and the U.S. Postal Service are also
participating"

l'articolo dice anche che ebay ha 128 milioni di utenti e questi non
sono piccoli numeri.
"Smith said he decided to join in the effort because he felt that the
number of eBay users -- about 128 million -- would help put a huge
number of old computers to use."

sarebbe interessante capire se e come e' possibile collaborare/aiutare.
