first question: pgdesigner; PgModeler

Hi all,
sorry I just forget that I already tried to solve the problem related 
with PGDesigner (related issue here: 
https://github.com/archeos/ArcheOS/issues/122). A possible solution 
seems to be PgModeler. Here the offical website: http://pgmodeler.com.br/
The source code is on Github, under GPL 3 (so it si perfect for 
ArcheOS): https://github.com/pgmodeler/pgmodeler
@Denis, could you try it and check if it can be a good replacement for 
PGDesigner?
