first question: pgdesigner; PgModeler

I remember PGmodeler and it could be a good solution, but maybe we could
search for a more generic software, i.e. not only for Postgres, but also
for SQLite and eventually mysql. I don't know if it exists, but we cuold
make a check first inserting Pgmodeler.
